Wildcat 200 With Dakar spec Ram Lift

The belly pan made from 4mm CR4 grade steel protects the transmission.
This is then attached to a tubular sub-frame that hinges at its leading edge to the chassis.
A single hydraulic ram attaches to the rear of the sub-frame and runs back to point above the rear axle.
Driver or co-pilot can operate the system with a switch inside the cab, a hydraulic motor extends the ram and lowers the hinged belly plate to the ground.
As the sub-frame touches the ground, it takes the weight of the Wildcat and pushes the whole car beyond the limits of its suspension travel.
Once the ram is fully extended sand tracks can be deployed under all four wheels, without the need for digging out, saving valuable stage time.
